慢生活

有人問,究竟這些80後在急什麽?
我沒有答案。

他們急著上學,急著畢業,急著結婚,急著置業。
急著生仔,急著升職,急著發達,急著再上一層。

生下來的時候,社會不是這樣的。
後來,有了海灣戰爭。
後來來了金融危機。
後來有了互聯網。
後來世界不同了。

於是轉啊轉。
五光十色,光怪陸離。
在這個1和0構成的平面世界裡。
他們不由自主地只懂向前衝。

他們上小學的時候,還沒有手提電話。
他們上中學的時候,還沒有普及家庭電腦。
他們大學畢業了,悲劇就這麼揭開序幕了。

人們指責他們。
好像他們有千般萬般的錯。
懶散,逃避責任,不懂社交,不明道理。

有多少人會感激慢節奏的生活呢?
有多少人搭公共交通沒有隨身音樂播放器或者隨身式遊戲機時會看書讀報呢?
有多少人一天都不會去摸一下手提電話呢?
有人調素琴,閱金經嗎?
有人有耐性坐下來泡茶品味嗎?

是誰消費了他們。
又是誰在推動他們消費。

命苦不能怨政府。
你懂的。
所以只好怪生不逢時了。

poignant insight. yes the world is developing explosively. 卓韻芝 once wrote article on how she personally experienced walkman, md/ cd player then mp3, ipod , which arouses much echo from our generation (ie. post 1970s). landscape has changed so much. not sure if the traditional core values remain. The "rules of game" evolves so fast that makes one wonder what the world will become in 10 yrs' time.

i can't predict what happens in 10 years, but one thing for sure, i will turn into an obasan. XDDD

i've experienced walkman, md/ cd player then mp3, ipod as well!
