they actually are!!! i think they're different from chinese peonies, but so pretty and big. :D
they do look like peonies, but the leaves don't. :Pi love peonies (not the chinese ones though. haha)
i know, but they look very different in a red colour. the best part of these peonies are: cheap! :D $10 for 2 or 3!
