Yeah, it's official now. American 15-year olds are just dumb.
but that's just the average of all the states, right? there are some states outperform others. as far as i can remember.
Boston was supposed to be the better one but who knows.
yeah, i read it in the NYT that massachusetts have better results.
Actually Asian always have a better Math (all time); I actually only surprise that USA is below Canada.
i'm not surprised that canada outperforms usa.i'm glad that nz does better than australia. enough said. XDD
