i guess one has to be proximal, in order to keep abreast of the latest developments, while stay distached from the job in order not to over-stress oneself...such a paradox.. all the 榮辱,feud, misunderstanding have to give way to sheer laugh or blunt apathy .. job is job. Many things seem under but are in fact out of your control ... so..
