甚麽是「人日」,我是不知道的。
但是z小姐的好友蔡小姐為我們整了一頓豐富的晚餐。
心存感激!
她從搓粉到剁肉碎,到調餡全部親力親為。
用m小姐的話,這一餐充滿了愛心和耐心,所以零舍好味。
我站在一邊只有觀看和驚嘆的份囉。
當然,我也裝模作樣擀了幾個餃子皮,蔡小姐還表揚了我呢!
還整了一個蔥油餅!這個我看著蔡小姐整的,我來彙報一下她怎麽弄的。
這個粉是搓餃子皮的時候剩下的,將那個麵糰滾一滾,到這樣。
然後把蔥和豉油放在鍋子裏炒香。
跟著就把蔥和油倒在麵糰上,重點來了,要再在上面灑乾麵粉。
因爲這樣煎好以後的蔥油餅,裏面就會有酥油/泥狀的餡,特別好味的!
終於揭開了我迷惑了10多年的問題——我原來還一直以爲是豬油的關係……好白目……
之後就是將餅卷起來,像卷壽司那樣。
變成長條以後,再捏成幾小段。
小段的麵糰應該是長身的,然後絞起來,再按扁,再滾成薄的麵糰,就搞掂啦!
小火慢慢煎,到鼓起來,翻面,可以開動啦!

是豬肉韭菜餡的,蔡小姐還炒了一個蛋加在餡料裏面,多汁又特別香。
炒蛋吸收了韭菜和豬肉的味道,又本身質地軟滑,所以吃上去很特別。
如果我及得上蔡小姐的十分一,人生應該就很美妙了。

lcl: i know, she started from scratch. i think if she could, she would totally grow her own wheat too.
lu: 沒有,我負責吃而已啦,整了幾個很小的麵糰就被趕下場外了。:P
Yeah, the fcuk shot was a bit unbecoming ... bad influence for children who inadvertently browsing by. The fingers are better.
