失敗的煮婦

她分不清各種豆。

去買菜的時候,看見綠的,就拿了放進了推車。
到了洗菜的時候,才發覺,原來,這個是豌豆
不是荷蘭豆,也不是昨天吃的是毛豆

不過幸好這個煮婦很懶,她很少起油鍋,都是用水煮。
所以即便弄錯了,也無本質區別。
只是豌豆和毛豆的殼,均不能食用之。
入口便知道了。

蠢極有限。
應該還有得救。

我看到wiki上寫,那些豆,法文都是叫mangetout,令我更加分不清楚。
不過還好沒有新鮮的broad beans,不然連直接丟進水裡煮也沒有用了。XD

I think you can eat the whole pod for snap peas as well provided that they aren't too old which they usually aren't. They are just crunchier than snow peas. The edamame's pod is a no no that I agree.

i guess you can still eat edamame's pod if you want to, but it's gonna require some hard work to swallow. XD

i haven't tried eating snap peas' pods before, i still have some left in the fridge, maybe i shall give it a go. hopefully nothing will go wrong.
