He's probably trying use it as a contrast to emails, which involves zero social interactions...:)

Next thing you know, the slogan would be "Open a GPO box, you could have a surprise encounter everytime you CHECK MAIL!"

in addition to my OCD of checking emails, i constantly go up to the gate and check our mailbox, too.
@.@ i might just need some medications to ease my OCD.
